Shipping Information:
Most items ship out within 24 hours via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. However, we have recently started using UPS, which may eventually be our sole method of shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return most items within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the merchandise. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Item must be returned with a traceable method, such as Delivery Confirmation, to assure that we receive the package. We cannot distribute a refund if we have not received the package or you are unable to submit a copy of the Delivery Confirmation. We cannot accept returned items in previously sealed packages or items that have been worn, used or altered.
